A colleague asked me last week how long I’ve been married. I said 11 but it’s really 12 and today is our ROM anniversary. The man has clean forgotten but I didn’t remind him either until this afternoon. I wasn’t angry or annoyed because we don’t celebrate every year anyway. In addition, what does remembering or forgetting an anniversary date really matter?
What matters to me is that we’re still upholding our marriage vows made 12 years ago. And more importantly, that we are one unit in this marriage moving in tandem and not two individuals drifting apart yet struggling to maintain a united farcade.
Okay, enough said. I wonder if he remembers when is our wedding anniversary. Well, because I CAN’T RECALL FOR THE LIFE OF ME!

True about 2nd paragraph. I have seen a few couples who appeared united ending up in divorce and shocking everyone around.
SSF: Sometimes it’s hard to tell cos these matters are usually private after all.

Happy ROM.
We’ve got our wedding anniversary engraved in the inner part of our rings becos we forsaw that the day would come when we would not remember it. Hahahahah.
