This is my fourth attempt growing sweet basil! The second time, I had to get my MIL to help out because she has superb green fingers. However, the pot of little basil withered as soon as they were passed back to me.
But with some sweet tender loving care, I’ve got the new ones growing now! They’re so cute looking and my son and I enjoy charting their growth. We particularly love to see how they sprout from the seeds! Even my husband checks them out before he leaves the house everyday.
Oh my sweet basil, when can I have a bite of you?

I’ve always admired folks who takes time to grow their own herbs.. i can never do it.. i’m too lazy..

we grow ours using the potted herbs available in supermarket. They grow really well, but somehow after a while, some bugs will get to it and it’ll all be bitten to death.
