We spent two hours at Sentosa this evening. Actually after the last failed attempt, I thought we would never set foot into the place again. But with a new attraction like Songs Of The Sea that will obviously excite the boy, it’s hard not to be back again. And this time, it was well worth the trip!
After rolling our eyes at the somewhat cheesy start, we were quickly mesmerized by the dramatic effects pyrotechnics, water jets, lasers, computer imaging and fireworks. If you have enjoyed the musical fountain in the past, you will definitely be dazzled by this extravaganza entertainment.
Despite the interesting show, we almost had to leave midway cos of the boy. Fortunately, we managed to placate him, complete the show before continuing with the Luge & Skyride. And unbelievably, I felt my knees going weak when we were high up above the trees. Not exactly an acrophobia but I had to gripped the seat real tight with my sweaty palms while trying to enjoy the night view!
Sentosa really has more stuff to offer these days. I don’t mind going back again for sure. Provided, not under the blazing hot sun!

We enjoyed it too but I still prefer the old musical fountain. Though convention but it can shake my heart. Seeing the powerful jet dance in the rhythm of the orchestral yet gentle. Very manificent!(Mainly I had sweet memory then… hee)
The computer imaging & lasers are too much frills.
We tried the luge & skyride too. Too scarry. Probably feeling inscure with feet groundless.. and cold too, driving more chill down my spine… :p
But indeed, Sentosa is very happening now, not like last time, a dead town.
If happen you been to the private resident, Sentosa Cove…mouth opening man!!! Nver in my life i think can afford one.. Really my dream home :p

expensive?
Singapore has so many attraction.. except the hotel prices. Ha.
ZM: Surprisingly Songs of the Sea is cheap! Just S$6 per person. The rides cost more, but then, I think they’re worth the ticket prices.
