Last week I had to deal with a particular splog which was using a splogger bot to scrap every single one of my posts at Viva Woman. It got to a point where I decided to get vindictive and wrote a post yesterday berating them openly. And, as I planned it, that post was also scraped and published on their site too. In fact, it’s still there even as I’m writing this now. * I’ve since removed that post from VW.
I guess we can now confirm that splogger bots are so totally brainless. 101%
Well, that is so totally wrong. You work hard on your website and then somebody steals not just your idea, but your entire post. Isn’t that illegal or something? It is plagiarism.
niceheart: They didn’t take my entire content so it’s not plagarism but still is a violation of my copyright because I have a policy of my blog which states that even excerpts are allowed for non-commercial use or on sites that I deem appropriate. In this case, the blog is totally inappropriate. It is definitely an infringement.

Agree with niceheart.. we get so angry when ppl cut & paste from content of our blog.. but a SPOLG!! Grrr! Worse!
