Because I spend a bit of time driving each day, I’ve always been amazed how people optimize their time at the traffic light or during a traffic jam. Besides the common sights of nose digging, hair combing and phone calling that is.
- Woman sending sms.
- Man shaving his stub.
- Man reading the papers.
- Man stroking his teddy bear.
- Woman emptying a packet of tidbits into her mouth.
And me? What I do at the traffic light or during a traffic jam?
- Eating my bread.
- Combing my hair.
- Putting on lipstick.
- Appying body fragrance.
- Applying my handcream.
- Applying cuticle oil on my fingernails.
- Tearing the carpark coupons for public parking.
- Daydreaming and thinking about a blogging topic.
Nothing outrageous. Especially pale in comparison to my man who sometimes eat a hamburger while driving at the same time.
I am one of those guilty at sms-ing or checking out my sms when I am on the road and the phone beeps. Very bad and dangerous I know but I was really amazed at this lady driver on one of those days when my car was stuck in some morning peak hour jams on the way to work and I happened to see her put on her full makeup ie foundation, concealor, 2 way cake blusher etc while driving and braking!
I thought that was quite dangerous isn’t it?

My man eats grilled chicken wings while driving. I never know how he can manage to handle the bones and dripping oil.

don’t know why but my comment did not show.
anyway I am one of those guilty of smsing or checking out my hp whenever I am on the road and I HAVE to do it whenever the hp beep goes off.
I was very amazed by this lady driver who could do her full makeup ie foundation, concealer, shape eyebrow during the morning peak hour whereby she had to brake and drive in a jam!

ZM: Not the spray type. I use solid perfume so it can be carried around…

nothing beats this lar, once i was on stevens road and i saw the school bus uncle eating fried bee hoon with chopsticks (yes the bee hoon is wrapped in paper). I looked till my jaws went awwwwww! oops…..How to control such a big steering wheel with one hand???
