casserole of my life

Hero the movie coming to a screen near you

concocted on Thu, 12 Apr 2007 @ 9:12 am for Entertainment

Yesh!  A new movie for Takuya Kimura!  This time it is Hero, the popular drama which he starred in as the kokoii Kuryu Kohei, a very brilliant but totally unconventional and quirky public procecutor.

This is so exciting!  Those who have watched Hero would definitely love to watch this.  It was one of his best drama with very high viewership, averaging 35%.  It’s one of those that you’ll just want MORE!

Apparently, the entire original cast from the drama is in the movie as well, including my not very favourite Matsu Takako.  But okay, I don’t mind her nerdy look that much this time.

For those who haven’t watched the drama, you can catch it on Youtube here.  And from the looks of it, the movie will probably be screened in the 2nd half of the year.

I’M SO GOING TO WATCH THIS FOR SURE!

  1. hey you know, I started watching his shows more than 10 years ago (*gasp* I am THAT OLD!!) and till now, I do not find that he has age but just became more manly and still boyish looking.

msff: Oooooh…you’re a fan too? Yay!!! The guy just looks better as he age. I can never get tired of looking at his face. Btw, which is your fave drama? Mine is: Beautiful Life, Pride, Hero and Long Vacation.

  7. Really? Yay yay!! :)

Second half of the year is not too far away. Woo!

I love ‘Pride’, and ‘Beautiful Life’ the most! He looks so cool in the former. Have watched the DVDs many times over. Beautiful Life, I cry buckets every time I watch it. So sad!

And I HATE Takako Matsu! Many of my friends find her cute. I find her so…not!

DT: 2nd half in Japan but don’t know if it will be released here at the same time. Heard about Sept. Haha…you also don’t like Takako Matsu. Your friends guys is it?

  9. Eh… Crazymommy recommended I try Veoh. I have problems with the player but if you don’t mind watching online, it doesn’t break up the show like in Youtube.

DR: There are a few out there but I cannot remember their URL now. Anyway with Youtube, what I do is to let the show download by clicking on the pause button, and then watch it a little later.
