One hour he was raving about how good the figure twister is, helping him slim down his tummy after just a few times of 20 mins workout on it.
Another hour he was on the road, in the quest for food and more food.
Next thing I saw, he was comfortably lounging at the sofa, hugging this pack of buakua (bbq pork) and busy gorging them. Yet, he defended himself by insisting he’s just nimbling.
Ha!
I bet he’s gonna tell me later that he has overeaten yesterday and badly needs a serious workout today.
Eat first then say lor.

it reminds me of someone i know, which is no other than yours truly. right after i exercise, i would head to the pantry looking for something to munch on. it’s hard to sleep with growling stomach, you know.

CC and I wanted to stock up last week when we were at Chinatown, but knew we would end up wiping them all before the CNY, so resisted the purchase.
Look like it’s time to go get them now since the CNY is just a weekend away
