The man exercises almost everyday. He jogs. He swims. He goes to the gym. So why does he need to buy this figure twister? He says it is for him to workout indoor, when he can’t get a chance to go out.
I SERIOUSLY wonder.
According to him, this figure twister is good to trim down the tummy and narrow the waistline. And he was in such a hurry to get it from Courts over the weekend. He even showed me how to workout on it.
You must twist your body like this and like that. Make sure you turn fully and work on it for 30 minutes. Try, try. It’s good for you.
Nah. It is not as simple as he claims. There’s definitely more than meets the eye. He didn’t buy this just for himself. Nope. I don’t think so. It’s all part of his plot because he has been complaining that I don’t exercise. I reckon he may even have noticed that my waistline is now *gasp* almost 30 inches!
Hur. Whatever it is, no way am I going to get my bum off my chair, stand on that thingy, and twist for 30 minutes. Three minutes…maybe still can.

He should bought you the Shaker, the one that you need only to lie on your back, place your legs on the Shaker and let it shake the fats off! That one runs on electricity and you can literally fall asleep on that.
DR: Those things are useless according to him. I don’t know. but I remember I had one of those belts that I only need to put on my tummy and vibrate. I used it like a few times only and then got lazy…so nothing works for this lazy bum, except dieting.

That sounds like a fun exercise. I also need to trim down my tummy.
niceheart: Erm, okay, fun for about 3 minutes to me. But it’s supposed to work if you really workout on it.

Wah.. your man so indirect? Mine will probably say, Hey, you need the excercise.. some thing like that.
ZM: No lah, my man very direct. He even calls me by funny nicks. For this thing, he bought it for himself and probably think I can workout on it though he doesn’t say.

Aha! The real question is … who did he buy that from? Once you know that … you will know the “why”. Hehe …
Loong: Huh? You mean where he got it or who he got it for?

hello! must be a fun exercise. you may start off 3 minutes a day and work your way up…
Belle: Pssst…tell you a secret. I started on it once and then never stepped on it again.

Such a coincidence! My Mum wanted me to get one for her too today and I was still wondering what this gadget is called…..now I know, it’s a tummy twister !
How much did your man pay for this twister?
Yup, think I need it too… esp. with the fats around my tummy!
SSF: He got it from the new Courts at Tampines, around $29 I think (not sure if it’s sold at every Courts outlet). According to him, this is really good cos when you’re on it, the action is like jogging, and will effectively trim down the tummy.

I’d fall off that thing! I’m much better with yoga moves that involve me firmly planted on the ground. Good luck to you.
ally: Aha…you’re right, this requires a bit of balancing too. Anyway, I doubt I’ll work on it, when I’ve already given up yoga which required my feet to be firmly on the ground!

Erika: Erm…I don’t think I’ll be using it…but if I do, I’ll report for sure.
