We headed to Sunset Grill and Pub again with a lighter mood today. As a matter of fact, we were their first customers, being promptly there when they opened at 4pm. Instead of the tidbits we ate previously, we decided to go for a full meal this time.
I ate the fish and chips while he had the pork chop. We skipped their famous buffalo wings today and tried their fried prawn special, which is really good. And as you can see, we both had an overdose of french fries!
Overall verdict?
This place is really good for drinks and tidbits. I don’t care much about their main course. It’s normal fare if you ask me.
Sitting outside to enjoy the nature is interesting, but be prepared to swat flies and what have you. And always remember to get extra coasters to cover up your drinks if you want to avoid getting undesirable visitors in there.

Kilkenny, beach and fries. Heaven.
carrie: Unfortunately, there was no beach. Only airplanes taking off…

Girl, I’m onto you. I’m beginning to suspect you live somewhere around the xx part of Singapore. You don’t mention joints along the xx parts (the city excluded) much. Tell me, am I right? And I promise I won’t stalk you. It’s just that that’s where I’m from.
Hsin: I’ve deleted the location (just in case), but yes, you’re very observant! So maybe we’re neighbours for all we know.
