I didn’t know that there are websites that actually promote letters from Santa Claus until now.
Like this one that I came across, Letters from Santa, which apparently began as a fund raising tool for Storybook Castle, a website archiving some of the children’s literature based on fairy tales and fables.
What parents can do is to order a personalized letter from their available templates, or alternatively, have them write up a completely customized letter for their child. And there are actually quite a large selection of letters and papers to choose from. They even offer free letters from Santa, sent by email!
The whole idea is commercial of course, and I’m sure many adults will sneer at the suggestion. But I thought it’s kind of cute for kids to receive a letter from Santa Claus and have the whole spirit of Christmas made more magical for them. Of course they’ll grow up to know what’s the truth but really, is there such a hurry?

Hailey had her first letter from Santa last year. It came in a “form letter”. It’s in her album for keepsakes.
Irene: She did? But she was quite young then. Did she show any thrill?

My workplace also offers this service. If you want your child to receive a letter from Santa, you just tell them a little bit about your child and they will personalize the letter for him. My kids received letters from Santa when they were a lot younger. They’re too big for that now.
niceheart: While, that’s so great! Your company must be very good in terms of providing staff welfare…
