I came back from work last night about 10.30 to find him wide awake. Apparently, he has been tossing and turning in his bed for close to an hour while his daddy was fast asleep by his side.
“Why are you not sleeping? Are you waiting for mummy to come back?” I asked him. He immediately sat up and looked extremely bright-eyed. “Want to eat mummy noodles?” he asked me in return.
Heh. The greedy boy remembered that I usually have noodles for supper if I come back late. He was waiting for me so that he can nibble some of it.
So even though I wasn’t particularly hungry and didn’t intended to eat anything last night, I couldn’t bear to dampen his eager anticipation.
Afterall, he did wait up for me.
Awrh… boy can be so sweet too… come, aunti wana hug hug Gavin *muack* planted a huge kiss on his forehead! Haha :p

Having a son is better than having a husband huh?? At least he waits up for you while the latter could not stay up late..

it’s either he misses you so badly that he can’t sleep when you are not home or he’s just really really hungry….kekeke…I prefer to think he is sweet gavin and he missed you!
