Yesterday I saw this voluptuous lady walking ahead of me at the train station. She was quite fashionably dressed, top to toe.
Okay, I didn’t notice her because she was voluptuous or because she was fashionable. (Me is straight, not gay.)
I noticed her because I saw her dangling a pair of sandals in one of her hands after she alighted from the train. Precisely, a brown pair of scrubby sandals she took out from a very unglam Watson plastic bag. So the curious cat in me wanted to know when and where she’s going to change her pair of stylish heels to that pair of ragged sandals.
And I found that out right outside the train station. On her way going down the stairs. In full view of every Tom, Dick and Harry.
I know this is none of my business except that it so happened that I also had a change of footwear, after standing eight hours in a pair of uncomfortable court shoes.
The difference however, was that my footwear is a pair of shoes which matched my then outfit. I also changed them out of the sight of prying eyes. Plus, I use a pretty shoe bag. *BEAMING*
Yeah. I’m being catty. *Hiak Hiak* I know.

She’s got character and a sense of individuality! I like people like that. As long as they are not rude towards other people lah.
Lil Joy: Haha…preferences are very personal, just like decorum…

hey, it’s cool to have your fun without harming her or anyone else! like our hopes and dreams, it’s the only thing all of us have full control over in life…
danube: Hmm…if you say so.

You got to hand it to that lady! To not bother with the glances she might attract and just do what she wants. Wah… but hor, I still like to change in somewhere more private too! I’m shy!
DR: Actually the changing part is very fast. The thing was that she dangled her sandals for a long distance before she changed them…I thought that was really weird.

I don’t mind her changing shoes outside the station, but maybe can have a better or unruffled bag than the unglam Watson’s bag? Ok, just as catty… meow!
MS: Haha…meow meow…

She must have been damm proud of her watson bag and brown scrubby sandals…..kekeke….then perhaps she tot it really matched her outfit then (at least perhaps that what she THINKS)…..kekeke
If I needed to change my shoes, I would make sure no one was looking and in a discreet and isolated corner then I would do it……
Jan: Maybe she was. She took them out of the plastic bag and walked with them in her hands for a long time before changing into them.

Cool ! I like your shoe bag in the pic
Yup, think I would get a nice shoe bag too if I need to change…..Watson bag is definitely a no-no for me too.
SSF: Your bag must also be pink right?

Haha, she’s really really weird. I understand the need to change into more comfy shoes & admire her for able to disregard the curious glances from those around her..but to take the sandals out from the unglam Watsons bag and dangled them in her hand for a distance..??!?!?! ;p
DT: Ya lor…I thought she wanted to change when she took out the shoes but no…she walked with them for a distance first.

OMG. You saw me change my shoes??!?!??!
Hehehe. I wish. I’m not fashionable and I’m most definitely not voluptous. Plus I’m not even in Singapore. But I’d so totally do what she did. It’s just a matter of not even realizing other people may be looking. And yes, I’d use a Watson’s bag, or worse, an NTUC bag…
But I so love you. Keep sharpening those claws. Meeeoooowwrrrr!
Hsin: Heheh…next time I go Hong Kong, I’ll keep a look out at the train stations too…
