casserole of my life

Family warmth

concocted on Mon, 21 Aug 2006 @ 1:44 pm for Family, Musings

We spent Saturday evening cosying up at home.

Relaxing by the sofa.  Listening to Michael Buble.  Munching on tidbits.  Sipping on a cup of hot tea.  Father and son playing a little cellphone game.  Mummy reading a bit by the dim lights.

Just the three of us.  Soaking up the candlelights.  Enjoying a bit of family warmth.

  1. Nothing beats spending quiet time as a little family! Isn’t it a bliss watching your two boys playing together? :)

I love the pictures…so romantic like that.. :)

Eileen: Ya, that was what I thought at that moment.  The two males in my life.  It was especially nice to see the boy sitting on his daddy’s tummy and the two of them so focused on the game.

  6. Ahhh, quality family time. We had a nice lazy Sunday morning sleeping all together. It was nice to poke Sara awake (instead of her poking me) and have Di Di roll around in bed while we giggled. Family time is so precious.

HsinYeah, I can just picture it.  A family having fun in bed.  We love those moments too!

Tell me quando quando quando …
We can share a love devine …
Please don’t make me wait again …

Man I love that song. Originally not sung by Michael Buble but he sounds good singing it either way. Hehe …

Loong: His songs just grows on you doesn’t it?  I’m listening to his “Come Fly With Me” album and all the songs are so great.  His website even features some of the songs!  So cool…

  8. That’s a really nice way to spend the weekend. Unfortunately for us, weekends are our busiest days of the week. :)

niceheartToo many things to catch up during the weekend I guess for you?  Anyway, we don’t do this very often too.  Once in a while…
