		<description>Yes, they were rapped but they did it still.  I got mine only a few weeks ago.  I don't feel like being polite to them for the fact that they're always creating inconveniences for me.  For example, why can't they waive the fees automatically if we've hit the spending limit?  WHY MAKE ME SPEND THE EXTRA TIME TO CALL THEM TO REQUEST FOR IT? Not forgetting they always take a while to answer the phone.  Aren't they just hoping we don't call and just shaddup and pay up?

I'm not about to go into a discussion of customer service even.  What customer service?</description>
