Monster Gavin

Monster

My sweet looking son is a bit of a monster.  Depending on the weather for the day, he could be any of the following:

  1. Tantrum Monster who screams, cries and throws his toys.
  2. Whiney Monster who goes “Nehehehehehehe”  for hours (if we let him.)
  3. Doodle Monster who draws everywhere else except on the designated paper.
  4. Spit Monster who spits out all his food and drink.
  5. Wakeful Monster who wouldn’t go to sleep and becomes bigtime cranky.

Today however, he is Monster Gavin.  Because today he is very powerful and has combined all five in one.

Very scary…and I want to run away!

  3. That’s funny (I’m sorry for laughing at your plight)…:P

Have you ever thought of having a “naughty play pen” at home? I put Ophelia in a play pen for time-out when she becomes unmanagable.

  4. Hee…that’s funny! I suppose boys are naughtier.

This is what my mom used to do with my sis and me to prevent us from destroying the wooden furniture. She gave us our own walls to doodle on and every year, simply paint a fresh coat to cover up our drawings.

Hmm..kids do have their mood swing too, that’s what i believe. Now i wonder if they really becomes very whiney when they hit the age of 3…

hope things are better today… :)

  7. Luckily he is not like that everyday. Just some days. But he is extra whiney of late. Not sure if its due to the Looney Tunes cartoons we let him watch and under the influence of those characters.
