Indeed!
Yesterday, over a tele-conversation with Godma, this is what I’ve established:
- She has met a cute guy.
- He is a photographer she hired for a company event.
- He goes by the name Martin.
- HE IS MY COUSIN!
This is such a coincidence because:
- I just met my cousin during Chinese New Year at my mum’s place.
- I hardly get to meet him at all, even during Chinese New Year.
- I found out that he has switched career from designer to photographer recently.
- I found out he goes by the name Martin.
- I got his contact thinking I might pass it to Godma for work purposes.
- I thought he’s quite cool and remotely thought she might like him.
- I promptly forgot about the whole thing until now!
Looking at the flow of events, I can’t help thinking that both of them already have a rendevous with destiny. This is so exciting! Just imagine. My own cousin with Godma. Woot! I am thinking if they will take a step further but she is already picturing her future as my cousin-in-law. Wahahaha…
But there is a bit of a problem. We both wonder if he is straight. He was dismissal about his love life when we last spoke and in my memory, I’ve never heard that he has had a girlfriend. Just crossing my finger that this is not going to be another Brokeback Mountain dude for her.
Oh mine..! i hope not too..! that would be too devastating a news.. if he was..
