Despite my porkmark-like face, I went for my yoga lesson today.
It’s been about three months since I stopped practicing and I’m surprised that I’m still as agile. I can remember most of what I’ve learnt before and was able to take in all the new challenging poses very well. I just need to practice more at home although I’m usually too lazy to do so. That’s why I need to go for lessons regularly. It’s the only way to keep me going.
Apart from going to the lessons diligently, I’m going to get myself a new mat bag and a pair of Birkenstock sandals to complement my yoga wear. Well. Yoga is a process, and so is getting dressed for it. ![]()

You do yoga? Cool! I’ve been trying to start but just have no time. Besides, not sure if I’ll be flexible enough.

You might be surprised. I thought I wouldn’t be able to do some of the challenging poses but so far, I’ve been more than surprised myself.

Hey Angelia, thanks for offering and being generous. I already got a mat. I just want to get a new mat bag cos the current one I have is too big.
