I thought the ultimate is the 500ml pot of miracle and they have to come out with this!
I am referring to Creme de La Mer’s new product, The Essence, captured in three vials in a magnetized case. Made mainly of fermented algae, the treatment lasts three weeks and when used twice per year under the Creme de Lar Mer, promises to reduce lines and minimise pores - for a whopping S$3,600.
But is it that miraculous? I believe so.
Though not a devotee of La Mer (only because I cannot afford it), I have to say their products are simply superb. Creme de La Mer, the diva of skin cremes, really made me euphoriant and the effects were in no way hallucinogenic. After slapping on this special face concoction, I had youthful luminous skin almost overnight. But the best has to be the La Mer Face Serum. The effects were just so wondrous for the face but at the same time, devastatingly wounding for the pocket. So a poor mama like me can only maintain an occasional supply.
But back to The Essence. Well, being the die-hard skincare addict, I really want to try this new product. Yet I know that as a mere mortal with budget constraint, I really can only wish for it. So this is the only item I’m putting up on my X’mas wish list this year. SANTA, YOU READING MY BLOG?
