Fairy tale can come true leh

concocted on Wed, 26 Oct 2005 @ 4:49 am for Femilicious

I feel like an ugly duckling that has morphed into a beautiful swan now. The pigmented spot on my face is lightening up by the days and I am so happy!!! The doctor told me the pigments are gone and I will have to wait for another month or two before the spot becomes COMPLETELY INVISIBLE. Whoo-hoo! I am uber elated! :D :D

I’ve lived with this bloody spot for years and finally I can get rid of it permanently. Once and for all! All thanks to the wondrous effect of laser treatment. Never mind the inconvenience of being damn freaking ugly for a week. It’s worth it! And seriously, compared to the skincare products and facials I’ve invested in, this is money well spent.

There are a few smaller spots which I want to get rid of but not now because I need to have time to hibernate after the treatment. So today I opt to do the photo rejuvenation or IPL. That has no downtime, and it will help to stimulate my skin collagen and reduce fine wrinkles. Plus help to lighten up my smaller pigmented spots too! Haha..do this once a month and I won’t even need facials. And the results are superb! Yesh, I can snub facials now!

So who says fairy tales cannot come true huh? Now Soon, I can really put my best face forward liao…

  2. [...] In all honesty, I have to say that my complexion has improved vastly after the first laser treatment.  The irritating spot has indeed lightened up considerably. Yet I don’t seem to be satisfied.  I keep thinking it can be better.  As a result, I went for another treatment for some minor spots on the other side of my face. Now, I’m even thinking of doing another treatment to the original spot because there’s a hint of pigmentation again. [...]
