The raw simplicity in this picture really captivated me. It’s very artistic and is of poster quality. I was surprised that my FIL took such a picture. My FIL is 64 and is a typical conservative old Teochew man. I’ve known him to be an avid photographer, and he has in the past taken some very nice pictures. But mostly of sceneries, flowers, fireworks, skyline. Run of the mill sort. But this picture that he took recently at the zoo is different. It brings out the perceptiveness in him.
I really like this picture. And I like that fact that it was taken by my FIL.
